What is TAKEaVID?
TAKEaVID offers you the possibility to get in digital contact with stars, Lookalikes or personalities and receive a personalized video message from your favorite star. These videos can be booked by private individuals and companies (for commercial purposes) at TAKEaVID to give friends as a present for a birthday, anniversary, wedding or similar.
Maybe just to surprise someone, to say thank you, to give encouragement or motivation.
How does the order work?
Find your perfect TAKEaVID-Star!
Configure your video message:
- Who is the video for?
- Occasion?
- By who?
- For whom?
- Your message, your message to the recipient of the video and your instructions to the TAKEaVID-Star
- Can the TAKEaVID video be visible on the website?
Once all the details have been filled in by you, activate the booking process and take the booking through to completion.
Your details are already on their way to your TAKEaVID star.
How long does it take to receive my video?
Our TAKEaVID stars will take care of your booked video promptly. You will usually receive your video within 3-4 business days.
How do I get my video?
Immediately after completion of your video you will receive a download link by e-mail.
Is my booking guaranteed?
We at TAKEaVID will do our best to make your TAKEaVID dream come true. Of course, it is also in the interest of the TAKEaVID-Stars to fulfill your wishes. However, it is also possible that a booking cannot be fulfilled or is rejected.
This for the following stated reasons: That the content of your message creating the video is illegal, offensive, harassing, threatening, indecent, obscene, hateful, racist, derogatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
If your message contains one of these reasons and the artist refuses to create the video, the booking process will be reversed and you will receive your payment back.
If there are any costs for the reversal process from the payment services to TAKEaVID , this will be charged to you at the time of refund.
Can I change my TAKEaVID booking?
You have written something wrong? No problem! You have the possibility to change the information (such as wrong name, wrong date) in the booking as long as your TAKEaVID-Star has not yet processed your request. Further additions or changes in text content are not possible. Contact us for this as soon as possible at info@TAKEaVID.com.
The difference between private and commercial video?
Private video: Is for private use (for friends, yourself or family, etc.)
Commercial Video: For commercial purposes (company or employee anniversary, company or shop openings or other business variations). Prices for a commercial video are only on request and offer from TAKEaVID. Please use the button for commercial videos.
Is there also an invoice for your booking?
Of course, for each TAKEaVID video you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail and a corresponding invoice.

Can I cancel my booking?
For you as a customer there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 No. 1 BGB, because the offered goods services are not prefabricated and for their production an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive and/or these are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
